i found the food spread offered a good variety. the furniture in the room was well-kept. the available facilities were quite adequate for a comfortable stay.

the lobby had a constant smell i found unpleasant. i thought the breakfast variety was limited. i noticed an issue with ordering hot drinks because staff were not readily available to assist.

the hotel location was good enough.

The service at the pool was quite slow. It took almost an hour to get a simple order of fries (this was frustrating). the minibar in my room was not working properly, so my drinks were never cold. i had to call maintenance twice to get it addressed, but it was never fully resolved (i'm very annoyed).
