asian restaurant friendly staff lazy river early closing restaurants slow room service long wait

the resort had many restaurants. the asian one rocks. staff members are super friendly to my kids. the lazy river exists and kids enjoy it much. breakfast spread was really vast. the chef prepared some eggless preps for us on special requests. our son enjoyed his time around the hotel with immediate access to the pool and beach.

they close the restaurants very early.

food spread furniture quality adequate facilities unpleasant smell limited variety unavailable staff

i found the food spread offered a good variety. the furniture in the room was well kept. the available facilities were quite adequate for a comfortable stay.

the lobby had a constant smell i found unpleasant. i thought the breakfast variety was limited. i noticed an issue with ordering hot drinks because staff were not readily available to assist.

slow service broken minibar

the hotel location was good enough.

The service at the pool was quite slow. It took almost an hour to get a simple order of fries (this was frustrating). the minibar in my room was not working properly, so my drinks were never cold. i had to call maintenance twice to get it addressed, but it was never fully resolved (i'm very annoyed).
